Cold water swimming is basically swimming outside in the elements in a natural space.It can be life affirming to feel the cold water on your skin while breathing the fresh air into your lungs.
It's also lovely to experience it with others and be motivated by others when maybe we're not feeling our best or we feel emotionally or physically vulnerable.
This is a club for like minded should to connect and enjoy life in a world that is ever overwhelming and stressful.
By signing up, you will be notified of places and timings a week before. Please make sure you let someone in the group know if you are attending as sometimes we will need to park and be walk to the water.
